FTI Consulting : Jon Rowell Appointed as Leader of FTI Consulting’s Asia & Caribbean Operations

John Batchelor to Relocate to Corporate Finance & Restructuring Segment in Australia

Hong Kong, 6 January 2021 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Jon Rowell as Leader of FTI Consulting's Asia and Caribbean operations. John Batchelor, who previously served as Co-Lead of Asia and the Caribbean with Mr. Rowell, will relocate to FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Australia. Mr. Batchelor and Mr. Rowell assumed their new roles on 1 January 2021.

In his role, Mr. Rowell, who is based in Hong Kong and joined the firm in 2015, will have executive responsibility for driving growth for FTI Consulting in Asia and the Caribbean. He will oversee offices in 12 key business jurisdictions.

Mr. Rowell will continue in his role providing independent expertise and evidence in relation to complex business, valuation, accounting and financial issues in both contentious and non-contentious contexts. He was recently recognized as a Global Leader in the Who's Who Legal Arbitration 2021: Expert Witnesses guide.
