Hyper Corporation Inc. (KOSDAQ:A065650) agreed to acquire 31% stake in Fingerlabs Co., Ltd. from FSN Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214270) and AdQUA Interactive Inc. for KRW 16.6 billion on April 5, 2024. As per the transaction, Medifron DBT Co., Ltd. will acquire 14.45% stake from FSN Co., Ltd. and 17.37% stake from AdQUA Interactive Inc. The transaction will be financed from cash in hand. As of December 2023, Fingerlabs Co., Ltd. generated total assets of KRW 8.6 billion, total debt of KRW 7.9 billion, total capital of KRW 597.6 million and net loss of KRW 3.9billion. The transaction is expected to close on May 30, 2024.
