Krishan Kumar Aggarwal and Nitin Aggarwal signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 49.6% stake in Fruition Venture Limited from Nitin Jain, Sanhit Jain and Nitin Jain for INR 24.8 million.

Krishan Kumar Aggarwal and Nitin Aggarwal signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 49.6% stake in Fruition Venture Limited (BSE:538568) from Nitin Jain, Sanhit Jain and Nitin Jain (HUF) for INR 24.8 million on September 14, 2022. Post completion of the transaction, Krishan Kumar Aggarwal will hold 35.66% stake and Nitin Aggarwal will hold 13.94% stake in Fruition Venture.
