Fluidra, S.A. (the "Company"), pursuant to the provisions of section 228 of Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, which passed the amended text of the Securities Market Act, hereby issues the following:
MATERIAL FACT
The Company has entered into a liquidity agreement with the financial intermediary BNP PARIBAS, S.A. SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA. Pursuant to this agreement, transactions were conducted up until 27/12/2016, in accordance with the provisions of Circular 3/2007, Rule Four, section 2b).
