Company Florida Ice and Farm Company, S.A.

Florida Ice and Farm Company SA (FIFCO) is a Costa Rica-based company primarily engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the food and beverages industry. The Company specializes in the production, distribution and sale of beer, wine, carbonated beverages, bottled water and non-alcoholic drinks under such brands as Imperial, Pilsen, Bavaria, Rock Ice and Heineken, Agua Cristal, Tampico, Jet, Maxi Malta, Cuba Libre, Bamboo and Mirinda, among others. The Company is also active in the production and distribution of canned beans, sauces and crackers. In addition, the Company invests in the tourism and real estate sectors, as well as in beverage and packaging companies established in Nicaragua and Panama. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Cerveceria Costa Rica SA, Florida Inmobiliaria SA and Florida Capitales SA.
