FSI Announces an Increase in Fourth Quarter, and Full Year 2014 Revenue

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, January 15, 2015 - FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (AMEX: FSI, FRANKFURT: FXT), is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable polymers for oil extraction, detergent ingredients and water treatment as well as crop nutrient availability chemistry. Flexible Solutions also manufactures biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies. Today the Company announces a year over year increase in revenues for fourth quarter (Q4), and full year 2014.

Sales were higher in Q4, 2014 than in Q4, 2013. Flexible Solutions' top line revenue increased from $3.43 million (Q4, '13) to $3.96 million (Q4, '14), up 15% year over year. Full year 2014 revenue stands at $15.9 million compared to $15.8 million for 2013 or up approximately 1% year over year.

This is a significant turnaround in revenue compared to first half of 2014 when revenue was reported down 15% and 12% in first quarter and second quarter respectively.

Flexible Solutions International, Inc. (www.flexiblesolutions.com ), based in Victoria, British Columbia, is an environmental technology company. The Company's NanoChem Solutions Inc. subsidiary specializes in biodegradable, water-soluble products utilizing thermal polyaspartate (TPA) biopolymers.
