Firestone Ventures Inc. announced the appointment and the addition of two new members to its Advisory Board; Dr. Keith Barron, Ph.D. and Mr. Terry Tucker, P. Geo. Both Dr. Barron and Mr. Tucker have previous significant discovery successes and are welcome additions to company's strategic advisory committee. Both will assist Firestone with identifying geological and development opportunities as well as strategic initiatives to move the company forward. Firestone has been advancing its zinc-lead-silver projects in anticipation of a supply gap with several of the world's major zinc mines closing within the next few years. Dr. Barron is an exploration geologist with over 30 years' experience in the mining sector. He has consulted on all the continents except for Antarctica, searching for such commodities as gold, silver, diamonds, uranium, copper, platinum, and industrial minerals. Mr. Terry Tucker, P. Geo. has 25 years' experience in mineral exploration and development projects worldwide. Most recently Mr. Tucker was the CEO and Director of Nyota Minerals Limited focused on advancing an advanced stage gold project in Ethiopia. Mr. Tucker was also President & CEO and Director of TSX-listed StrataGold Corporation. Previously Mr. Tucker was responsible for a number of exploration projects in northern Canada, including the discovery of the Wolverine Mine gold-rich massive sulphide deposit.
