Notice of Establishment of New Organization

Financial Products Group Co., Ltd. (FPG) hereby announces the following organizational change effective from May 1, 2022.

FPG's performance is rapidly recovering in the COVID-19 pandemic, with the Real Estate Fund Business growing as the second pillar after the Leasing Fund Business

In addition to expanding existing businesses, FPG aims to achieve further growth with a view to developing new businesses. To this end, the Business Solutions Department has been newly established as a specialised department to further enhance the legal support system for the Sales Division, and to optimise the roles among the existing Legal Department and the Compliance Department.

This will enable the Legal Department to concentrate its human resources on legal affairs related to our Business Management Division and Subsidiaries, and the Compliance Department to concentrate its human resources on compliance guidance and management to improve the governance of the Group, which in turn will further enhance the legal and compliance functions of the entire Group with efficiency.
