Fidson Healthcare Plc hereby announce as follows:

Period Ended	31 December 2021
	A Final Dividend of 50 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share payable to shareholders
	whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on
Proposed Dividend	8th July, 2022.
	One (1) for Ten (10) to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of
Proposed Bonus	Members as at the close of business on 8h July, 2022.
	The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 11th July, 2022 to 15th July,
Closure of Register	2022 both days inclusive.
Qualification Date	8th July, 2022
	On 29th July, 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose
	names appear on the Register of Members as at 8th July, 2022, and who have
	completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their
Payment Date	dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised
Registration	to download the Registrar's E-DividendMandate Activation Form, which is
	also available on their website: Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.
Unclaimed Dividend	Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained
Warrants and Share	unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are
Certificates	advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
	The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 28th July, 2022 at
