Planning of the Company's events for the year 2016:

Fidia S.p.A. has planned for the current year the following events:

14 March 2016 h.10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 31.12.2015 Draft Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement;

15-16 March 2016: "Star Conference 2016 - Milano", meeting with the financial community organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.;

1. April 2016 h. 16.00: Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31.12.2015 Financial Statement - 1stcall;

   
   

2. April 2016 h. 16.00: Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31.12.2015 Financial Statement - 2ndcall;

13 May 2016 h. 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 1stQuarterly Report 2016;

29 August 2016 h. 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the Half-yearly Report as at June 30, 2016;

6-7 October 2016: "Star Conference 2016 - London", meeting with the financial community organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.;

14 November 2016 h. 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 3rdQuarterly Report 2016.

The above mentioned dates can change, still in the respect of the deadlines foreseen by the market regulations; if so Fidia S.p.A. will give proper communication in the due time to the financial market.
