The Board of Administrators of Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. informs the investors that on January 11, 2021, the Public Purchase Offer initiated by the company was completed. The Public Offering Document was approved by the Decision of the Financial Supervisory Authority no. 1486 / 16.12.2020.

Farmaceutica Remedia SA is a Romania-based company principally engaged in the operation of pharmacies. The Company is active in the marketing, import and distribution of drugs. Additionally, it sells packing materials for pharmaceutical industry.
