Effective as of June 30, 2024, Niels Iversen Møller resigned as a director from the board of directors and all Board committees of Evaxion Biotech A/S. Mr. Møller had served on the Board since 2022 and was a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and the Capital Market, Communication and Business Development Committee.
