Marco Costaguta steps down from the board of directors of Eurotech

(Alliance News) - Eurotech Spa has announced that Marco Costaguta has resigned as a nonexecutive director due to unforeseen personal commitments.

Costaguta does not personally hold shares in the company but owns 50 percent of New Industry Srl, which in turn holds 7.0 percent of Emera Srl, Eurotech's majority shareholder.

Eurotech's stock is up 0.3 percent at EUR1.30 per share.
