European Real Estate Invstmt : Notice of AGM and Mailing of Annual Report

The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ('the Company') confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015 have today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's websitewww.ereit.co.uk

The Annual Report & Accounts include notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of shareholders to be held at 10am on 18 May 2016 at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey.

Shareholders will be required to vote on all the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM. These resolutions are set out below:

Ordinary business

1 To receive and adopt the annual report and audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015.

2 To re-appoint BDO Limited as auditors of the Company.

3 To authorise the Directors to determine the remuneration of the auditors.

4 To re-appoint Mr Stephen Coe as Director of the Company.

Special business

5 To renew the Company's authority to make market purchases of its own shares in accordance with Section 315 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) provided that:

(i) the maximum aggregate number of shares authorised to be purchased is up to 14.99 per cent. of the shares in issue at the time of the purchase (rounded to the nearest whole number);

(ii) the minimum price which may be paid for a share is £0.01; and

(iii) the maximum price which may be paid for a share is not more than 5 per cent above the average of the market value of the share for the 5 business days before the purchase is made;

such authority to expire at the annual general meeting of the Company in 2017 unless such authority is varied, revoked or renewed prior to such date by an ordinary resolution of the Company in general meeting and the Company may make a contract to purchase shares under such authority prior to its expiry which will or may be executed wholly or partly after its expiration and the Company may make a purchase of shares pursuant to any such contract.
