We hereby and within the statutory term inform you that the Company's office has received a notification under Art. 19 (1) of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as follows:

On May 29, 2024 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 2,160,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.07 and contract maturity - November 22, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.105;
On May 29, 2024 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 2,075,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.07 and contract maturity - November 22, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.105;
On May 29, 2024 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 630,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.07 and contract maturity - November 22, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.105;
On May 30, 2024 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 2,225,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.08 and contract maturity - September 23, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.097;
On May 30, 2024 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 2,030,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.09 and contract maturity - November 25, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.126;
On May 30, 2024 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 2,100,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.09 and contract maturity - November 25, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.126.
