E.ON Russia plans to sign the first one or two firm agreements with industrial companies for de-centralization of energy supplies in the first half of 2014, Vladimir Voronov, the head of the company's generation de-centralization department, told the press in Moscow. The company is talking to 25 companies on building an electricity plant with over 700 megawatt capacity. The company is ready to sign framework or project agreements with several of the companies.

The de-centralized system of energy supply will be based on small capacity energy plants. This type of generation is not subject to regulatory actions.
