Press Release: For Immediate Release EWS Appoints Ernst & Young LLP as Auditors

Ajax, Ontario, CANADA - (January 19, 2012) - Environmental Waste International Inc. (EWS) (TSX-V: EWS) announced that its Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to regulatory approval, has appointed Ernst & Young LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm. EWS is pleased to engage one of the Big Four auditing firms. Ernst and Young LLP replace the previous auditor, Rich Rotstein LLP who resigned at the Company's request as of January 12, 2012.
There were no reportable events, namely disagreements or unresolved issues, on any accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures with the prior auditors. The Notice of Change of Auditors and the letters from both accounting firms have been posted on SEDAR.
