Entropic Communications, Inc. : Entropic Expands Sales Team in India; Welcomes Tanmay Jha as Associate Director, Sales

NEW DELHI (22nd Convergence India 2014 Conference), January 20, 2014 - Entropic (Nasdaq: ENTR), a world leader in semiconductor solutions for the connected home, announced today the addition of Mr. Tanmay Jha as associate director of Sales for the India market. Mr. Jha will be focused on helping to grow Entropic's set-top box (STB) system-on-a-chip (SoC) and connectivity businesses in the Indian sub-continent. Mr. Jha is based in New Delhi, and will report to Noel McKenna, vice president, Sales, EMEA and India.

Mr. Jha joins Entropic with 20-years of Pay-TV sales experience. Prior to Entropic, he served two-years with Pace - India, where he was an integral STB sales team member in the country. Before Pace, Mr. Jha worked with a number of leading Indian Pay-TV companies including the IPTV company, Myway, as well as with Zee Turner, Sahara TV, Tata Communication & Sify.
