EnSync, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported revenue was $3,073,078, compared to $50,505 in the year ago period. Loss from operations was $2,895,394 compared to $4,412,446 a year ago. Loss before benefit for income taxes was $3,083,742 compared to $4,582,836 a year ago. Net loss attributable to EnSync, Inc. was $2,933,444 compared to $4,454,114 a year ago.
