EN3 Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A074610) agreed to acquire 1.1% stake in S-MAC CO., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A097780) for KRW 2.1 billion on December 27, 2017. As per terms, 1.7 million shares will be acquired in cash. For the year ended December 31, 2016, S-MAC CO., Ltd. reported revenues of KRW 139.5 billion, total assets of KRW 183.2 billion, net loss of KRW 3.9 billion and net assets of KRW 100.8 billion. The board of Directors resolved the deal on December 27, 2017. The deal is expected to close on December 28, 2017.
