Engie SA on Thursday presented a new executive committee that will become effective on Feb. 1 and serve under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Catherine MacGregor.

The French energy company said the committee, which will still consist of 11 members, will be organized around its four strategic businesses.

Paulo Almirante will be senior executive vice president in charge of renewables; Sebastien Arbola executive VP of thermal generation and energy supply; Cecile Previeu executive VP of client solutions and Edouard Sauvage executive VP of networks.
