ENERGA Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:ENG) signed a deal with TFI BGK investment fund, a unit of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for creating a Corporate Venture Capital fund which will invest in minority stakes in young, innovative enterprises, Energa said in a press statement. Energa wants to gain access to new technologies thanks to the investments, but also sport a return on investment, the firm said. The fund's lifetime will be nine years, with the investment period lasting for first four years.
