VANCOUVER, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Endeavor Explorations Inc. (OTCBB: EAVR) announces a corporate update. On October 27, 2009, Endeavor successfully acquired MDC GPS technology from Spidex Technologies. And, on December 4, 2009, Endeavor filed a definitive information statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on Schedule 14C. This information statement was also mailed to shareholders of record at November 23, 2009. The information statement states that Endeavor will change the name of the corporation to Mobile Data Corp. and that this name change is expected on Monday, December 28, 2009 pending regulatory approval. Endeavor will provide an update on its new trading symbol when it is known.

Additionally, Endeavor has engaged Spidex Technologies to further develop and enhance the MDC GPS technology. In the past, Spidex has developed a technology called Rainbow which was acquired by Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. and within a short period of time the Rainbow technology assisted Intrinsyc to become a leading independent software vendor partner of Microsoft Corp. in the embedded Windows CE software industry. Endeavor will initially target Research In Motion Limited's Blackberry Storm2 as the first software client for the MDC GPS technology. Endeavor expects that the MDC GPS technology will enable a broad range of GPS location services for the Storm2 and will assist Research in Motion to grow market share for its Storm2 device. Endeavor plans to provide customer licensing terms for the Storm2 implementation of the MDC GPS technology in the first quarter of 2010.
