Under the program the company will repurchase 40,000 shares, representing 0.59% of the outstanding shares, at ¥829 per share for ¥33.16 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of June 30, 2020, the company had 6,753,768 shares outstanding and 170,432 shares in treasury.
