           Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
           Officers.

On May 5, 2023, Vern D. Yu, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer & President, New Energy Technologies notified Enbridge Inc. ("Enbridge") of his intention to leave Enbridge on June 30, 2023. His decision was not the result of any disagreement relating to Enbridge's operations, policies or practices. Patrick R. Murray, Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer, was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2023.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 8, 2023, Enbridge issued a press release announcing the departure of Mr. Yu and the appointment of Mr. Murray, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
