Enauta Participações S.A. communicates to its shareholders and the market in general that, on September 17, 2020, Mr. Lincoln Rumenos Guardado expressed his intention To leave the position of Chief Executive Officer of Enauta, remaining in the exercise of the function until approval of his replacement. In accordance with the company's Referral Policy, Mr. Décio Oddone was appointed for the position, to be resolved by the Board of Directors in a meeting called for the September 21, 2020. The Compensation and Personnel Committee, pursuant to the company's Nominating Policy, indicated to the Board of Directors Mr. Décio Oddone as successor to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Enauta to replace Mr. Lincoln Rumenos Guardado. Mr. Oddone is an executive with 35 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, having developed his career at Petrobras in Brazil and abroad. Having worked at Braskem and Prumo Logística, he most recently served as General Director of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), with a prominent role in the improvement of regulation that promoted greater industry competitiveness in Brazil.
