On January 8, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock, payable on February 25, 2021 to stockholders of record as of January 29, 2021, and a quarterly dividend of $0.421875 per share on the Company's 6.750% Series A Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on February 1, 2021 to preferred stockholders of record as of January 19, 2021.
