Notice of changes to the Board

We write to formally notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the recent changes to the composition of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Ellah Lakes Plc (the "Company"). Following the recent retirements and resignation of some Directors of Ellah Lakes Plc (the "Company"), the Board at the Board meeting held on 19 June 2024, approved the appointment of Mr Kofo Majekodunmi as a Non- Executive Director to fill the casual vacancy.

We believe that Mr Majekodunmi has the necessary skills and experience to contribute significantly to the Board and help steer the Company towards continued growth and success.

Mr Majekodunmi's Profile

Mr Kofo Majekodunmi is a legal practitioner with expertise in Corporate & Commercial law practice areas, with over 30 years of experience in the Banking sectors.

He is the current Board Chairman of FBN Holdings Plc Ghana. He is a Director at MBC Capital Limited, Custodian Life Assurance Limited, and Custodian Insurance Limited. Mr Majekodunmi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and an MBA from Lagos Business School.
