Maisel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FIN Branding Group will join the Board of Directors of the company as Vice-Chairman and Lead Director. Mr. Maisel currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Distribution Holdings, LLC.
