Grubb & Ellis Completes Nine Retail Property Sales via Auction Process for Combined $9.7 Million

ORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 10, 2012) - Grubb & Ellis Company today announced that Ray Hayhurst, senior vice president, and Steve Tanner, associate, both of the company's Investment Services group, completed the sale of nine retail properties in the Orlando area. The combined total consideration was $9.7 million.
