DynaResource, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was USD 10.526 million compared to negative sales of USD 3,409 a year ago. Operating income was USD 5.262 million compared to operating loss of USD 2.193 million a year ago. Net income was USD 4.462 million compared to net loss of USD 3.448 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.25 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.24 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.19 a year ago. For the half year, sales was USD 15.439 million compared to USD 414,635 a year ago. Operating income was USD 6.642 million compared to operating loss of USD 3.817 million a year ago. Net income was USD 4.752 million compared to net loss of USD 5.193 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.26 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.25 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.3 a year ago.

The Company has one wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, DynaMexico US Holding, LLC (US Holding) and three wholly owned subsidiaries in Mexico, DynaResource de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (DynaMexico), Mineras de DynaResource S.A. de C.V. (DynaMineras), and DynaResource Operaciones de San Jose De Gracia S.A. de C.V. (DynaOperaciones). DynaMexico owns a portfolio of mining concessions that comprises its 100% interest in the San Jose de Gracia Project (SJG) in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico. It conducts test mining and pilot milling operations, and other exploration activities of the SJG, in Mexico. The SJG Project is located on map sheet G13-A81 in the Culiacan mining district of Sinaloa State, Mexico.
