DutaLand Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Companyâs subsidiaries are involved in various types of businesses, such as commodity trading, oil palm plantations, real estate, hospitality and financial investments. The Company operates through four segments: Property Development, Plantation, Commodity Trading and Investment Holding. The Property Development segment is engaged in the developing residential and commercial properties. The Plantation Segment is engaged in oil palm cultivation and the sale of fresh fruit bunches (FFB). The Commodity Trading segment is engaged in trading crude palm oil (CPO) and other commodities. The Investment Holding and Others Segment includes property investment and investment in financial assets. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Sea Resorts Development Sdn. Bhd., Oakland Holdings Sdn.
