Atocha Resources announced that it has received the report on the prospecting and mapping program conducted in the fall of 2012 on the St. Sixte and Montpellier graphite properties, located in the Grenville sub-province of the Precambrian Shield in Quebec. The Saint Sixte property consists of 29 claims (1,740 ha), and is located five kilometres to the west of the town of Saint-Sixte, Quebec just off Route 317, approximately 65 kilometres from Ottawa.

Located in a historic graphite mining district, it was initially explored for graphite in the early 1950's and again in the 1980's. The Montpellier property consists of 23 claims (1,475 ha) which covers 4 municipalities.
