Display Tech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066670) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 742,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and enhance stockholders’ value. The program will be valid until June 7, 2019. As of March 6, 2019, the company had 1,100,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
DTC Co Ltd, formerly Display Tech Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of liquid crystal display (LCD) modules for mobile phones. The Company produces small-sized display modules, color super-twist nematic (CSTN), thin film transistor (TFT) LCD modules and others, which are used for mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), moving picture experts group audio layer-3 (MP3) players, portable multimedia players (PMPs), digital cameras, camcorders and printers. The Company mainly supplies its products to mobile phone manufacturers. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sanitary products such as masks.
