Dropsuite Limited announced that the company has appointed Mr. Kobe Li of Board Room Pty Ltd. as Company Secretary, effective August 23, 2018. Mr. Li spent eight years at the ASX Listing Compliance team. He was a Senior Adviser overseeing a portfolio of listed entities for their compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. Mr. Zoran Grujic has resigned as the company's Company Secretary effective August 23, 2018.
