The DoubleLine Opportunistic Credit Fund declared a distribution of $0.110 per share for the month of January 2021. The distribution is subject to the following ex-dividend, record and payment dates set by the Fund's Board of Trustees. Ex-Dividend date is Jan. 13, 2021. Record date is Jan. 14, 2021. Payment date Jan. 29, 2021.
DoubleLine Opportunistic Credit Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fundâs investment objective is to seek high total investment return by providing a high level of current income and the potential for capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of investments selected for their potential to provide high current income, growth of capital, or both. The Fund may invest in debt securities and income-producing investments of any kind, including, without limitation, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, United States Government securities, corporate debt, international sovereign debt, and short-term investments. The Fundâs investment adviser is DoubleLine Capital LP.
