Media Release DKSH and PolymerExpert extend distribution agreement for France and Germany DKSH Holding Ltd. Date: January 20, 2015 DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia and PolymerExpert, an innovative French research and development company, have agreed to extend their multi-country agreement to distribute its ExpertGel thermogelling polymers in France and Germany as well.

Zurich, Switzerland, January 20, 2015 - DKSH Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading specialty chemicals distributor, and PolymerExpert extend their existing collaboration in six markets to two additional countries in France and Germany. The product is used in personal care applications.
DKSH and PolymerExpert started their cooperation in 2012 in Korea and Japan, where DKSH supported the introduction of ExpertGel to a color control cream for men. In 2013, both companies decided to extend their agreement to the USA and in 2014 to Great Britain, Spain and Italy. In Italy, DKSH facilitated the introduction of ExpertGel to a major cosmetic brand product.
PolymerExpert continues to work with DKSH for its first-class reputation in providing integrated and tailored Market Expansion Services along the entire value chain, as well as for its comprehensive network and strong customer base in Europe.
