Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited (BSE:540701) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to INR 720 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of INR 150 per share. The company intends to return surplus funds to the equity shareholders of the company and to help in increasing shareholder value in long term. The buyback will be funded from the balances in free reserves, current surplus and/or cash and cash equivalents, internal accruals, liquid resources and such other permissible sources of funds of the company. The program will expire on July 24, 2020. As of December 10, 2020, the company had 161,394,272 shares are issued and outstanding.
