Digiwin Software Co.,Ltd. at the AGM held on May 7, 2020, approved the election of Zhu Zhihao as nomination of non-independent director; election of Lin Fengyi and Wan Hualin as nomination of independent directors; election of Wu Zhaoming as nomination of non-employee supervisor.
The company shareholders also approved the cash dividend/10 shares (tax included): CNY 1.00000000 for the year 2019.
