On January 13, 2022, Peter Levine, a member of the Board of Directors of DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. notified the Company of his intention not to stand for reelection at the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Mr. Levine joined the Board in February 2014 in connection with the Series A investment in the Company by Andreessen Horowitz. Mr. Levine intends to focus on managing his existing venture investments at AH in the future. Mr. Levine's decision not to stand for reelection was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices, and he will continue to serve on the Board through the date of the Annual Meeting.
