DIGITAL VALUE WINS A TENDER WORTH OVER 49 MILLION EUROS FOR THE MULTI-BRAND

SUPPLY OF SOFTWARE AND VALUE SERVICES FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Rome, 22 September 2021

Digital Value (Ticker AIM: DGV) announces that it has been definitively and effectively awarded, through its subsidiary Italware, the following lots of the tender called by Consip S.p.A for the multibrand supply of software, maintenance and related services:

• - Lot 1 ORACLE technology and related services in RTI at 70% with Eurolink S.r.l., for a total lot value of €23 million.
• - Lot 6 SAP technology and related services in a 70% joint venture with Technis Blu S.r.l., for a total lot value of 30 million Euros.
• - Lot 7 ADOBE technology and related services at 100%, for a total lot value of 12 million

Euros.

The expected turnover will be effective from November 2021 and all contracts will have a duration of 12 months.

The values quoted do not include any legal extensions equal up to 40% of the original contract. The Digital Value Group confirms its leading position in supporting the Public Administration in its digitization process, also increasing its already substantial order portfolio, that actually still does not reflect any positive effect of the PNRR.
