The partnership, which brings HackerEarth services to Dice customers and candidates, accelerates the technical hiring process, improving candidate quality for employers, and providing a way for candidates to gain a competitive edge during their career search journey. Dice's partnership with HackerEarth works to resolve many of the unknowns involved with hiring tech talent. Dice customers can screen and qualify candidates across 32 different programming languages. For employers with less technical acumen, HackerEarth's pre-built library of 19,000 technical and non-technical questions simplifies the process of creating tests, generating efficiency for hiring managers and adding confidence in the recruiting process. Additionally, Dice will resell 'hackathon' services, enabling employers with a simple solution to host their own in-person or virtual hackathons. Through HackerEarth's management platform, employers can run hackathons to achieve a variety of outcomes including sparking innovation within a company, building viable products, expanding employment branding to new tech professionals and qualifying top tech talent for potential future hire.
