DeviceENG.CO.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A187870) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1,000 million worth of it shares. The purpose of the share repurchase is to stabilize the share price and shareholder value. The program is valid till April 30, 2020. As of October 30, 2019, the company had 329,720 shares in treasury within the allowable range of acquisition and no shares under other acquisition.
Device ENG Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of pollution control equipment. The company operates its business through two segments. The Pollution Control Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of pollution control equipment such as display cleaning equipment for the organic light emitting diode (OLED) deposition process, optical inspection equipment and semiconductor wafer storage container decontamination equipment as well as others. The Material Part and Other segment is engaged in the sale of high precision filters.
