Content of report:

Following the current report No. 4/2021 of 28th of January 2021 on the resolution of the Management Board of Dekpol S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") on the issue of series K bonds ("Bonds"), the Management Board of the Company informs that in connection with the obligation to include information on the estimated value of the Issuer's liabilities in the Bond purchase offer, the Company estimated them as at 31st of December 2020 on an separate and consolidated basis and made a decision about disclosing this data to the public.

The estimated value of liabilities on a unit basis amounted to PLN 437 617 thousand, including: - short-term liabilities, including due to credits, loans, bonds and leasing: PLN 142 284 thousand, - long-term liabilities, including due to credits, loans, bonds and leasing: PLN 77 162 thousand.

The estimated value of liabilities on a consolidated basis amounted to PLN 550 032 thousand, including: - short-term liabilities, including due to credits, loans, bonds and leasing: PLN 157 108 thousand,

- long-term liabilities, including due to credits, loans, bonds and leasing: PLN 99 268 thousand.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the cash balance of Dekpol S.A. as at 31st of December 2020 amounted to PLN 108 829 thousand, while the cash balance in the Dekpol Capital Group was PLN 157 341 thousand.

The Issuer reserves that the presented values are estimates, and the final data will be presented in the separate and consolidated annual report of Dekpol S.A. for 2020, the publication of which is scheduled for 26th of April 2021.
