DBAPPSecurity Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688023) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its A shares. The offer price is CNY 187 per share. The company will use its own shares to repurchase its shares. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives at appropriate times in the future. The program will be valid for 6 months from meeting of board of directors held on June 15, 2022.
On October 28, 2022, the company announced that it adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 187 per share to not more than CNY 210 per share.
