Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

DATONG PLC (DTE.L), a leading provider of covert intelligence gathering solutions, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2012, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Group's website.

The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 February 2013 at 10:00 am at the offices of Abchurch Communications, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR.
