On January 22, 2020, Glen Moller voluntarily resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of DarioHealth Corp. (the "Company"). Mr. Moller did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
