Darfon Electronics Corp. (TWSE:8163) acquired 80% stake in GROFA Gmbh from Bike Holding GmbH for ?28 million on June 21, 2024. A cash consideration of ?28 million will be used from Company's own funds. The transaction is Approved by the resolution of the company's Board of directors. Cheng Huei-Fang of Cheng & Company advised Darfon Electronics.
