Daiei Kankyo Co., Ltd. (TSE:9336) acquired 35% stake in Asahi Koseki K.K. on March 31, 2023. Following the transaction, Motoharu Urushibara owns 950 shares/47.5%, Daiei Kankyo owns 700 shares/35%, and Rumiko Urushibara owns 350 shares/17.5% in in Asahi Koseki. Following the transaction, Asahi Koseki will be equity-method affiliate of Daiei Kankyo. Asahi Koseki has net sales ¥1,266 million.
