CVBFINANCIAL CORP. ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR 2011 EARNINGS RELEASE DATE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

ONTARIO, Calif., January 4, 2012 -CVBFinancial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) and its subsidiary Citizens Business Bank ("the Company"), today announced that it plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 after the market closes on January 18, 2012. Management will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Pacific time/10:30 a.m. Eastern time on January 19, 2012 to discuss the Company's fourth quarter 2011 financial results.
